We knew from the beginning that we had an uphill battle, but we fought the good fight anyhow. It was an honor to be the Republican candidate for State Representative. We did well in the election day polls, but we got beat by mail in ballots. Mail in ballots and Covid restrictions really made this year's election different than previous elections.
As a first time candidate for office, I have learned so much. I have met so many people. It was a life changing, transformative experience, and one I have enjoyed.
I am grateful and humbled by the support support I received from so many people. I'm at a loss of words. What we did achieve, although not the victory we sought, was significant. We came together, we worked hard, we organized. Who knows, maybe we laid the groundwork for something in the future.
Thank you to everyone who helped with this campaign.

There is no doubt 2020 has been a difficult year. It is time that we all move forward - together. We have learned a lot about the virus, so we need to get back to living - safely.
It's time to use common sense, guiding by science to move Centre County forward. Steve Yetsko's plan gets us:
Together we can solve the challenges facing Centre County. This is a great place to live, work and raise a family. Together we will make Happy Valley happy again!
